Ccleaner keeps disappearing12/3/2023 The picture previously posted for you (22 October 15) was how it was BEFORE I went about applying all the updates. I'm not about to proceed into the removing of the entire motherboard yet as since the updating I previously explained was done all the drives are being "sensed" well 95% of the time. Well if there are any ideas or anybody else has had the problem and fixed it I'd love to hear from you. So the motherboard sometimes recognizes but sometimes doesn't it. Then ( sometimes) I can put the PC to sleep, re-open it and here the "bing" again and see the re-loading of the drive just as if I was plugging in a USB or external. I'd like to note that while I'm on the PC and the drive loss occurs an audio "bing" will sound - no pop-up - and if I check My Computer that's when I can see something has gone bye-bye. However, the DVD drive started going again and now a secondary drive is starting to pop-away from me while I'm on the computer. And this resulted in none of the drivers disappearing for about 3 weeks. When I made my first complaint about this through msi computer service I was told to update all the drivers. You can see that pic through my attachment. However, at one time (and I do have a picture) the back-up/recovery drive E: did once disappear. Only the DVD drive and the HDDs have disappeared. I installed 1 SSD (which was split for the back-up/recovery drive E, 1 re-writeable DVD player, and 3 HDDs. Obviously the SSD is where Windows 7 is installed and it's in the SDD that has NEVER disappeared. Installed all hardware the proper drivers about 9 months back and everything worked fine. So what I'm looking into here is if anyone else has come about similar problems and have found what the true cause has been. I'm having an almost exact same problem and have a variety of theories of what the cause could be and have tried multiple solutions. This issue builds off a topic that a guest had a while back (late 2010) and was never truly solved (you can search same title and probably find it).
